I'll leave it to others to talk about Michael Jackson's personal problems and strange behavior (and lord knows they will). As a musician, I'd rather focus on the man's unique talent, which was a gift to the world. I am saddened by his passing, more saddened than I even would have expected. Thanks for the memories, Michael.

He was a great artisit. Love the song, "man in the mirror". Reminds me of the current adminitstration. He wanted to change the world but didn't have the money so he ran up $500M deficit that he spent mostly on personal frills. He did support quite a few foundations with some cash and appearances.

I never why a young black man that was as good looking as Jackson was would try to be white down to even trying to pinch his nose in. I am always in wonderment when I see pictures of him in his 20s that he ruined his looks trying to be white. I never really liked him after he started that crap.

Terje and Rev – He was never found guilty of charges. Sure he paid the boys families, but was he guilty or did he think that money would keep his reputation untarnished and out of the paper? What's the difference between that and the famous love story "The President and the Drug Dealing Limo Driver". We aren't really sure if either are true. Although the limo driver did pass a lie detector test 6 x's.(Was Michael another victim of the press, tried and proven guilty by the media before going to court?) Magic number here is 3x's.

Unless you're saying his was another racist trial like the OJ trial or our judicial system failed us again. We must stop letting the press and other media continue to try and condemn people using twisted spins and hypothesis that are plain lies. Our media is controlling the people. They perpetuate lies even after the proof has been shown. Just like global warming, just like someone is born gay, just like we have an energy shortage in America, just like abortion isn't murder, just like the new Dem congress has one member that tells the truth. Just like cap and trade will create jobs and save the country and isn't a tax and spend bill. Just like Obama won the presidency on his own merit. Just like Pelosi has ever told the truth about anything. All Lies spun by media owned by our socialist enemies party, lead by soros, rathke and their ACORN brotherhood.

Terje, keep believing the lies. I would always defend someone found innocent. I wouldn't let my kid stay all night with them and sleep in the same room, but I would still defend their innocence. If someone accused you of having sex with a child and you knew it was a lie and were found not guilty wouldn't you expect people to believe the truth? Or would you expect to be scorned behind your back for the rest of your life and whispered about when people walked into the room. Or have your name slpattered daily on TV and the tabloids being found guilty everyday by a judge and jury outside of the judicial system called the press? Try to imagine that. Have you ever had someone call you a liar when you knew you were telling the truth? You know that person still thinks you are lying and they have told all of their friends and family and probably many of yours.
What I wouldn't do average…if I was innocent….is pay double digit millions to an extortionist.
You don't know that Rev. If you had almost 3/4 of a billion dollars and a couple million could make stuff disappear you just might. He was found not guilty.
