Let's start with television.

Liberal media – NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, HBO, ABC (with a couple exceptions – Tapper and Stossel).

Next, movies – Hollywood is at least 95% liberal. I don't think I've ever seen a Hollywood movie about politics that doesn't make the conservative the bad guy.

Newspapers – 90% liberal, led by the New York Times and the Associated Press, whose stories are circulated throughout the rest of the papers in the country.

Radio – I'll give you that one. Conservatives control radio (which is why the only media you ever hear about Dems wanting to 'fix' is radio).

Internet – I'll call this a tie. At least you can find both sides of the story on the internet, even if you do have to wade through some distortion.

FYI – My post wasn't really about agreeing or disagreeing with Glenn Beck. Sometimes I agree with him and other times I don't. That is immaterial. This post was about hypocritical lunatics who want to suppress free speech to quiet those who disagree with them. I call that unamerican. How about you ?

LOLOLOLOL duh… stuff that wasn't liberal

Something that I think is interesting here….since we're talking Glenn Beck.

Beck left CNN. Couldn't, apparently, draw any viewers there. He goes to Fox, and the Fox audiences just love him. Weren't Fox viewers the least informed about stuff in an NPR poll?

I think this says something about Fox and it's viewers.

If you want to debate, it would help if you could actually stay on topic.

Here's your first clue – I wasn't defending Bush, and this post has nothing to do with Bush.

And you are advocating the elimination of free speech and dissent. You've lost whatever marbles you had to start with.

But Obama is a much bigger spender, and he's a Democrat. Also, the largest budgets under Bush by far were the last two, when Democrats controlled Congress. Congress has the final word on the budget, not the President.

Alchemist, sedition is "the incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority." If I am to accept your reasoning that Beck is engaging in sedition, I must also accept that Obama is engaging in sedition, because the ultimate "lawful authority" is the U.S. Constitution, which includes the 2nd Amendment. Obama would be violating it by banning assault weapons. Anti-war liberals would also be guilty of sedition for a variety of reasons, one being their "incitement of resistance" to the Iraq War, which was legislated into existence by Congress. Of course, I don't accept your argument, because it's utter nonsense. Your argument is the stuff of tyrants.

da truth – My post isn't about support or non-support of Glenn Beck. That is irrelevant. My post is about the rights of all Americans to freely and openly disagree with their government. This is a right liberals understood perfectly when Bush was in office (they called it 'speaking truth to power' then), but they are quickly forgetting about it now that THEIR side has the power. Suddenly, liberals (a misnomer if I ever heard one), are turning into statist stooges who want to eliminate dissent.

With Rush and Beck leading the conservative movement, the Dems are assured of a long unfettered rule.
