Report: Cavs Close to Signing Parker

From former colleague Brian Windhorst – the Cavs are on the verge of signing free agent wingman Anthony Parker from the Toronto Raptors.
The move adds depth on the bench.  Although Parker started for the Toronto Raptors at shooting guard, he probably won’t start in place of Delonte West.
