Yay! Brian’s getting better!
Don’t you get it! Brian Windhorst is SPIDER-MAN. Nobody’s seen Windhorst in over a month. That’s because he’s been masquerading as that web-headed weasel! Spiderman disappears? So does Windhorst. Spiderman shows up? Windhorst is suddenly back on the beat. Watch and see!
Jameson – That’s so beyond stupid that I don’t even know what to say. You are not a funny person, so stop.
Mark my words!!
We saw Brian Sunday. He is doing much better – off all machines, able to eat and communicate well – out of ICU. He still has a way to go, but is condition is much improved.
Hey Russ, that is really great news! I am sure it is even much better news for his family.
Always victory for our favorite sports writer and team!
Thanks for the info. That is good news.
Brian,
Get well soon. I look forward to your Cavs insight and inside scoop on the NBA
Hoping you are continuing to do better each day! We miss you and look forward to seeing your excellent articles up and running again soon. In the meantime take care of yourself and know you have prayers your way from all over the country.
Hey Brian, hope that you are recovering well. i speak for many in that you are by far the most knowledgeable person on the cavs and i miss your insights greatly. i think we’re going to be pretty good this year and look forward to reading your thoughts on all things cavs. you will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
Brian:
I hope that you are on the mend and recovering well. There are a ton of people out here who miss you and your work. I wrote you once a couple of years back to say that you were unquestionably the top Cavs beat writer. Nothing has changed. You’re simply the best and we all miss you. Please get well soon. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers.
Get better Brian!
Keep LeBron in Cleveland
Brian, get better soon. Miss your insights
Hey Brian, we miss you and your coverage. It’s been just about two months now we’ve done without and it’s been difficult. I hope you’re feeling better.
Does anyone from the ABJ know when we’ll be lucky enough to have Brian back covering the Cavs?
We’re all thinking of you Brian. Any updates on his condition?
Glad you’re back to reporting for us Brian, I hope Mo Williams was enough of a get well soon gift!
Bri,
Great job breaking Mo Williams trade, but get some rest. On a side note … it’s good to read that you’ve been released from the hospital and can get some rest at home. I hate to see anything bad happen to a good guy.
Welcome Back Brian! Its great to see your name under an Article on Ohio.com again.
Glad to hear you are @ home, maybe this trade will help brighten your day too! Your are in my prayers for a full recovery!! Get well, we true Cavs fans, NEED YOU!!
Welcome Back, Brian. I hope Alan Tucker has reformed while you were getting better.
Brian posted a news story on Ohio.com about the Mo trade. Good to see him back! http://www.ohio.com/news/top_stories/26919019.html
welcome back man!
love it that you come back to break the mo williams story.
i am really, really glad you are okay, and back to breaking CAVS news.
Some of you may have already seen this, but it’s good news so spread it around, right?
Brian has a new article up at http://www.ohio.com/sports/cavs about the Mo Williams trade.
Also on TrueHoop Henry mentioned that Brian did the report on the way home from the hospital:

I’m very happy the prescription I wrote for Allegra-D mixed with matzoh ball soup worked.
According to TrueHoop, he spent 55 days in the hospital and dictated las night/today’s trade story from a cab on the way back to the hospital – now that’s dedication. Great to have him back, hope he doesn’t push it too much. Get well slowly, Brian, we need you for the long run.
Welcome back Brian! It’s been a boring summer without your posts or articles. It’s pretty amazing that you scooped all of your colleagues on the Cavs beat while riding in a car back from the hospital. Henry Abbott of TrueHoop has done a great job of letting fans know how you’re doing. Feel better!
WELCOME BACK! Great to see your name on bylines last night and today!
Brian: Please you or your reps give us a wink. We miss you.
I have seen Brian writing in the Beacon now and also heard him on the radio. Is this blog dead now or will it become active again? Would be nice if the Beacon would journal would let us know, so don’t have to keep checking every day. Tells you how much I like reading his blog. He writes great stuff!
