ANd for those of you complaining that Lebron is an ego maniac...come on, people, wake up. Any ELITE level athlete has to think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. These guys have huge ego's because it is required to play at that level. Same with in the business world...show me a super successful business man who doesn't have a huge ego? You won't find one. If you have any friends who are very passive in life and not very confident, I can pretty much guarantee you they are poor and un-successful. Lebron is the extreme opposite of that and that is why he is making millions.

Here is my REPORT CARD for the new guys...as of 3/14/2008...

Ben Wallace: D+ (he's not the same Ben we saw in Detroit and the guy must feel guilty for being the highest paid player on the team).

Wally: D+ (isn't he shooting like 30%???? and averaging about 4 ppg less than when he was in Seattle?)

West: C (he's had some good games, but otherwise average)

Joe Smith: B (atleast he's been consistent)

I can think of approximately 4,182 reasons NOT to have a 31% 3-point shooter taking a shot like that at the end of a game.

These guys are supposed to be the best basketball players in the world, coached by some of the best basketball minds in the world. There's absolutely no excuse for that type of breakdown, whether it's Lebron's fault or Bill Duke's.

And one more thing: complaining about these errors doesn't make me (or anyone else on this board) less of a Cavs fan.

I'm not jumping off the bandwagon. But I'm sure as hell going to speak up when the person driving it makes a wrong turn and then veers into oncoming traffic.

If someone like Stevenson gets in Lebron's face and calls him a c#*@%er, I want Lebron to be nice. Ask him to walk. Be nice. If he won't walk, Lebron should walk him.

But be nice. If he can't walk him, one of his teammates will help him and they'll both be nice.

I want the Cavs to remember that it's a job. It's nothing personal.
