Anyone employed has a job to do and we alld o it on different levels. the pressure for them is much higher...whether they have been groomed or not it is still very high. We have all ben a job where a deadlline is needed and we rush....errors can and do happen same thing with Josh saying. Unless you can break down the film intricately hard to compare one to all. Josh role is more limited than say a RB or receiver. Not that I am accepting simple passes dropped etc. But when the pops due to extra effort pat them on the back for TRYING.
