		<description>I think the OC is definetly the problem.  The whole game plan changes with Anderson.  Mangini should require the OC to have the same game plan for both qb&#039;s.  Either the OC gives Quinn the same chance or I&#039;d fire the OC&gt;  QB sneak on 1st and 10 - I&#039;d have taken the calls away from him immediately.  That was total bs.  The OC has a duty to make the best of each QB regardless of whether he wanted him or not.  That&#039;s a duty to the team.  This team needs to play for themselves whether they like Mangini or not, you have to have some pride.</description>

		<description>I think the offensive coordinator is setting Brady Quinn up for failure giving him a limited ability to do things. YOU definitely have to look at the coaches as to why is their game plan fails game after game and why no half time adjustments. The last game their was very little emotion, no motivation.</description>
