But keep in mind he inherited a team that isnt too good , so he will just be watching and teaching this year and getting ready to find the pieces of the puzzle to bring back a winning tradition to Cleveland , he is very smart and I see him doing things in a very methodical and common sense type approach, which started with dicipline and we are getting a taste of that now ! And I Love it,,,, We will be a better Team because of it, but there wont be any miracles this year, I would say we will lose more at the beginning of the year as we learn the new syatyem and coaches then we will start progressing in the last 8 games so with that in mind, Be Patient and give the guy a fair shot !!!!!!!
