I've HAD it with players wanting to renegotiate contracts THEY VOLUNTARILY SIGNED. Hey, I like Dawson as much as the next guy, but dude, finish your deal and then you'll get a new one. As Steve said, I don't see anyone lining up to give money BACK when they have a subpar year, and we all know this roster is FULL of that ilk. It seems that with Mangini, any player is expendable, and I'm all for that philosophy. You don't wanna do the job or show up? There's a hundred others waiting in line to take your spot. Don't like your deal? Fire your agent, or negotiate a better and/or shorter deal next time.

Interesting, with the team being a huge disappointment last year you'd think at least one player would be wanting to negotiate to give money back? Perhaps the o-line, the d-line, the quarterbacks, the wide receivers?

Phil underpaid ? Yes considering the Browns can't score TD's . Can he average 5 or 6 field goal attempts this season ? That brings us to D'Qwell….leading the NFL in tackles after 5 yards gained ? Will the LB's play 10 yards off the line again ? Come on close the gap and attack.
