It sounds as if this staph may be MERSA and very difficult to kill, as it is resistant to all but two anti-biotics. Anyone know exactly what it is?

Maybe Savage is worried that this staff pandemic is going to start scaring free agents away.

I read elsewhere that the folks who inspected and treated the Browns' facility came from (you guessed it) the Cleveland Clinic.

As to Marla's comment that "Savage may be thankful the story didn't come to light during free agency," I keep asking myself why it would have mattered. It wouldn't have affected the Stallworth signing since Joe wanted to move to the #3 spot anyways. I suppose there could be some players for whom it could have affected their decisions to consider the Browns, but I'm not convinced it would have carried that much weight.

Then again, I've never been in the position to consider an offer from an NFL team, so what do I know? Still, it wuld have been nice to have that statement explained. It's not as if she had to keep the story short because she was running out of internet paper.

Borowski was MRI'd this morning at Cleveland Clinic. What say we take some over-under action on # of days until he gets staph. (And I know MRI is not surgery).

Sheesh. Are all these procedures done in the Modell Wing or what?

Seriously, or build a new facility from scratch. This is ridiculous.
