What is it with Cleveland sports franchises and their dufus medical staffs?  Cleveland football, Cleveland basketball, Cleveland baseball, it doesn't matter.  They're all the same, they serially defy good sense.  

When it comes to orthopedic surgery, everybody else in sports goes to Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama, the renowned sports orthopedic guru of our time.  But when a player on any Cleveland team requires the best of the best, the respective management geniuses and the players' agents all huddle up and get drunk in a bar in the bowels of Euclid Avenue, and decide to send the guy to Dr. Nick Riviera from "The Simpsons."</description>
