The FBI may investigate the death of a mentally ill man in Summit County Jail. Deputies emptied a full can of pepper spray on him. He was also stomped and, according to the autopsy report, suffered anal injuries. One deputy was acquitted and charges agains the others were dropped. A lawyer called the deputies "heroes".
