Not Guilty by Reason of the Victim's Insanity

According to court testimony, Summit County Jail mental health unit inmate Mark McCullaugh was hogtied, Tasered multiple times, stomped in the head, sodomized, and saturated with so much pepper spray that medical examiners were unable to approach his body the next day. But he wasn't murdered.

    The police are large and in charge in the courts and woe to society

    No jury. One judge overrules the medical examiner on the cause of death.
