    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I AM PROTESTING (FOR THE AKRON POLICE AND THEIR FAMILIES) THE JEFFERY STEPHENS SHOOTING DURING A QUIET VIGIL ON JULY 21, 2008. I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE IF WE COULD USE THIS CARTOON TO GET OUR POINT ACROSS TO THOSE WHO FEEL OUR OFFICERS IN AKRON USE TOO MUCH FORCE AGAINST CRIMINALS. IF THIS IS EVEN AN OPTION FOR ME PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
