Sorry. The relevant part starts about halfway through the article, right after where Michelle says, "I hate clips. I do not like clips."
She discusses the possibility that Barack could be assasinated, and why they've chosen to take that risk.
My point is just that you can't really understand someone on the basis of a 15-second sound bite.
