Actually Babe Ruth doesn't have anything to do with it.  Hank Aaron is the home run champ. Ruth is Frankenstein's straw man.  Jason Kelly of the South Bend Tribune has a good column the real racial threats Aaron faced.

    Anybody following the hyper reaction to silly sorority girls at Kent State? Come to my world. I see real injustices to address.
