Ohio already has a yellow license plate for D.U.I. offenders. Now Rep. Michael DeBose and Sen. Kevin Coughlin want a pink plate for sex offenders. Other enterprising Buckeyes have a spray that will supposedly render plates invisible to Akron's speed trap radar cameras.
