Obama & Imposter-News Reporters

November 19, 2009

Obama, while visiting China, talks to imposter-news "reporter" Major Garrett of FOX….
Obama warned the United States' climbing national debt could drag the country into a "double-dip recession," though he said he's still considering additional tax incentives for businesses to reverse the rising unemployment rate.
"There may be some tax provisions that can encourage businesses to hire [...]

Looking Back: A Review

November 13, 2009

First it was Rev. Wright…then Bill Ayers….with all the accompanying non-biased, and Pulitzer-Prize-caliber reporting. Then came the "Hillary Clinton was cheated," narrative suggesting (wrongly) that she had more primary votes than Barak Obama. All this was followed by "Obama's only a celebrity like Paris." Then came the "how can Obama overcome his problem with white [...]

FOX Is Not A News Organization

October 24, 2009

From Media Matters via Youtube…..

Those month by month clips, just a few of many, clearly demonstrate the bias being spewed by FOX. Before last November's election, FOX's bias for McCain-Palin was apparent. After Obama's victory, FOX's bias against Obama……also apparent.
Those are not the characteristics of a news organization. Those are the characteristics of a Republican [...]

Ain't That Tough Enough?

October 22, 2009

The Fabulous Thunderbirds, one of my favorite contemporary blues groups, made the song my blog title rips off famous back in the 90's. I entitle my post with it today because of the schizophrenic messages coming from conservative and Villager voices over the 10-months-in-office President Obama.
Here's what I mean.
If you click here, and review [...]

U.S. Blocks Investigation Into Israeli War Crimes

October 17, 2009

A call to, at least, investigate….
The U.N. Human Rights Council voted Friday to endorse a Gaza war crimes report that calls on Israel and Hamas to investigate alleged abuses, or face possible referral to international war crimes prosecutors.
What was the U.S. position?
The move — which was opposed by six nations, including the United States — [...]

The Nobel Peace Prize

October 10, 2009

I must say that I really haven't been surprised by the response of conservatives and Village-whore media to President Obama's winning of the Nobel Peace Prize yesterday. From the start of his presidency it has been made clear that the main objective of Obama's instant-opposition has been to see Obama "fail." Winning a prestigious award [...]

Uniquely Exceptional Quagmire

October 7, 2009

The United States is a uniquely exceptional country in the world and always has been. Take the former Soviet Union as an example of how superior the US. is. The Soviets were silly enough to allow communist authoritarians to rule over them. The U.S., on the other hand, is a much more advanced society in [...]

Enemies of the State

October 3, 2009

The 2016 Olympics went to Rio, Brazil……conservatives celebrate America's loss.
Consider the glee by America's new enemies…..
Beck: "Oh, it's so sweet" that Chicago's bid failed; "savor this moment."
Breitbart website: "It is kind of like the world community saying to President Obama, 'Not only no, but Hell No.' "
Limbaugh: For those "upset that I sound gleeful [...]

Exceptionally Imbecilic

October 2, 2009

Yesterday, the House voted 258-163 to approve a non-binding recommendation prohibiting the transfer of detainees from Guantanamo to the U.S. for trial or imprisonment. 88 Democrats voted with the majority.
Here's the typical defense for continuing, indefinitely, American offshore gulags…..
"There is no reason these terrorists, who pose a serious and documented threat to our nation, [...]

Crystal Balling It

September 30, 2009

No, crystal balling it ain't as arousing or provocative as, say, Teabagging it…but crystal balling it is a bit more coherent and understandable than TeaBagging it…so there's that.
One year ago on October 13th, in a blog post entitled, The Upcoming Obama Presidency, The Reverend typed out these predictions….
".…..after having paid very close attention to what [...]
