You actually said that people have no answer to what you write. That is hilarious. Here is an example of what you write – "the demented and potentially dangerous alliance, "outed" yesterday in a noontime wingnut-fest with GOP congressional leaders and the TeaBaggers." Here's another example – "In a non-dysfuntional free nation, main national media would, still today, be reporting on the insanity, the crazed hysteria of the current GOP-TeaPartier alliance. In a dysfunctional free nation, like the U.S., such a mindnumbingly, ignorant, and potentially dangerous union of extremists and political leaders is only worthy of microscopic analysis and disdain if that union is made up of Democrats."

You really expect people to take you seriously enough to attempt to respond to ravings like that ? If you do, you're even more delusional than I thought. I hate to break it to you (again), but mostly what you do is call people names. Any 10-year old child is capable of that. Adults don't feel compelled to engage the child in debate.

The White House said that FOX was not basically a news organization, but rather, more like talk radio. That is a fact. Because you refuse to accept that has nothing to do with the veracity of that fact.

Your dismissive…"because they do not portray the administration in a favorable light"……is bullpucky. No one is talking about portraying Obama in a good light here……we're talking about open promotion and participation in anti-Obama events. That's what talk radio does. We're talking about openly lying repeatedly in order to portray Obama in a poor light. And Limbaugh….Christ, what can you say about a a person, who, had he been huckstering during the Founder's time, would have been hung awhile ago?

Obama is disappointing on many fronts, just not in the way conservatives perceive him as being disappointing.

Delusional would fit the person who, despite all the evidence,……MediaMatters has tons for all to see…….still insists that FOX "news" is something other than an opinion/entertainment network. FOX has every right, of course,….and so does Obama.

But a special note on this:…."fledgling authoritarian regime". That's the richest phrase I've seen recently.

Cheney/Bush was an authoritarian regime. No other White House has ever been as authoritarian or lawless. Conservatives still have not come to grips with the treasonous nature of the Bush years. They still have blinders on….and now, outrageously, they point to Obama's stating of the facts,….no threats, no harassment, no warnings….. as evidence of a "flegling authoritarian regime."

It's gotta' be the political dyslexia syndrome.

The NY Times story about Bush's illegal wiretapping of Americans, held from print for one full year, had nothing whatsoever to do with "classified information". The only way one can believe such a narrative is to also believe that al-Qaeda didn't already assume America was listening in to all their communications. A very silly assumption.

Again, the Obama White House did NOT tell Americans to stop watching FOX. That is a falsehood.

Stating and restating the empirical facts….provable facts…..has nothing to do with authoritarian regimes. That statement sounds like winger paranoia….or sore-loserdom….to me.

Tbomb…..those endorsements are, I'm sure, because AARP, the AMA, and the Cancer Society are socialist domestic enemies.

In short, "correcting the incorrect narrative" is the goal of all authoritarian regimes. It's just what The Machine does.
