C'mon angry….FOX does it for the money too…you know cable news is political entertainment.

That wasn't the point, anyway. Liberals did not character assassinate Palin. Palin had quite the family story in tow. Palin is the one who offered up her family during the campaign….not the media. Liberals only reported what was true about her family. Liberals made an issue out of Troopergate, because the case demonstrated how petty and vindictive Sarah is. She's gone on to prove that she has a problem with being petty and vindictive….see: Levi Johnston.

AND….Palin had an opportunity handed to her, and she used it to advance her own personal financial interests. She couldn't govern anything, except for her own media-celebrity career. It's embarassing.

Hey, on this Kinston thing…..I'm just now reading about it. The first question I have is: why are ballots without party labels better? And then: what was the purpose, the goal, of those who pushed a successful referendum to remove party labels?

There's also something about potential candidates who do not have party sponsorship having to petition 600 signatures…or something.

Kinston is still on a Department of Justice "watch list" and has been since the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

I have to find out more. Been real busy.

Hoffman is a wingnut.

Sarah Palin clearly took advantage of her opportunity, I don't blame her for that. But to be the leader of some new extreme conservative Tea Party movement that hopes to capture a majority of voters…….is just silly wishful thinking. These folks are not credible….and I include the Tea Partiers.

Honestly, there haven't been any irrational and/or hate filled attacks on Sarah Palin. The media has covered her….and will continue to, but there's no hate involved. It's entertainment. Let me clear up another falsehood. Liberals, and Democrats do not fear Ms. Palin. Not in the freaking least. In fact, I'm pleased that her and Rush are the defacto GOP leaders. Fine with me.

Democrats do not fear Sarah Palin, at all. Why would Democrats fear Sarah Palin?

Rev, Since you didn't get back to me on the Kinston decison let me fill you in.
The Obama's Justice Departments ruling in Kinston is made for the mayoral race in Atlanta. A run off between a white woman and a black man.
1. blacks have lower voter registration than whites.
2. the turnout of black voters is lower than whites-this will be even more significant compared to the turnout for Obama.
3.After reveiwing these facts and others it is evident upon anaylsis of the "electoral choices of 'voters' that the black candidate would be the choice of the 'voters' of Atlanta. Yes sir, the peoples democracy in action. big Brother is not only wise but compassionate

Note: Doug Hoffman, wingnut, lost to Democrat, Bill Owens in New York's 23rd district last night.

Maybe Sarah Barracuda and the TeaPartiers aren't the answer to what ails the Republican Party after all.

I also must note Ohio's passing of three statewide initiatives……unfortunate. Maine also passed their separate and unequal "Question 1", kicking gays permanently to the curb.

Let's see..the Republicans had 8 years….and pretty much messed up on everything they touched. Democrats get elected and they have what?…..6-8 months to make some changes?

Must be New Rules…GOP'ers get elected and serve full terms. Democrats get elected and only get 6 months to turn Republican failures around.

Makes a lot of sense.
