About Rep. Joe Wilson….

After his "you lie" comment, the Dems put the enforcement measures into the health care bills that were not there before, thus proving Rep. Wilson correct and Pres. Obama wrong.

Inappropriately timed comment by Rep. Wilson, but he got the job done in the end.

And Rev, if you call for Wilson's resignation for calling the Prez a liar, you better also call for Obama's resignation for calling Republicans liars. There is ONE standard, not two.

For-profit, greedmongering Insurance-o-crats make decisions right now, today, about where "coverage ends." Insurance-o-crats, today…..not some time in the future….make decisions, based on profit motives, about when patients should die.

Members of my family, right now…..not some time in the future….are being directly affected by decisions made by Insurance-o-crats.

Conservatives have no weapons in their fight against a comprehensive health reform bill. Sadly, because they have no credible arguments, conservatives willingly defend the for-profit, private insurers……the very folks who have created the crisis in the first place.

And you base this on what?

If my choice is between a panel of medical experts who determines if a treatment is justified, or an insurance company who has a strong PROFIT MOTIVE to deny care, I'll go with option one.

Bureaucrats will make decisions about where coverage ends, and lives will end as a result of those decisions. Death panels is not a nice term and certainly not politically correct. But if yours or a family members life is affected by these bureaucrat decisions, what term would you use?

That's where conservatives have postioned themselves. It's the craziest damn thing. If the president states painfully obvious facts….he is acting inappropriately and classless.
