As for waiting for proof, I don't know what could possibly "refute the evidence" in your mind. Asking a bunch of lawyers whether individually or collectively 10 actions are torture, and then the lawyers returning a 50-some page memo on it didn't "refute the evidence" in your mind, so what, on a blog comment section, will?

And only 3 of the 10 are savage and brutal to you? We know waterboarding is debateable.

And if open fingered slapping (not to exceed a certain number of occurances over a fixed amount of time) counts in your mind, then I just watched two cheerleaders brutely and savagely torture one another over a guy on youtube.
