Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater……is like yelling "Obama's gonna' take your guns" in a crowd of wingnuts.

And the worst part of it is that "Obama's gonna take your guns"…is a purposeful lie meant specifically to incite.

I haven't heard any seditious speech coming from the GOP, but I suppose that doesn't matter. The Rev's definition of seditious speech is "anti-Obama speech."

And Rev, you ignored almost my entire post. No surprise there either.

Now that you've proposed eliminating the First Amendment, Rev, what is in store for you next ? Maybe you can suggest placing the entire Republican party in those alleged FEMA camps, so we can protect the country from their "sedition." Then you can go to Nazis 'R Us and get fitted for a nice pair of jackboots.

And of course every time you post on this subject it shows just how much it has turned into an effort to limit speech, Reverend.

You fellows can add 'the party of limiting free speech' to the 'party of high taxes' on your resume.

The party of no consequences for their actions.

Lie about Iraq? No problem and no consequences.

Torture? No problem and no consequences.

Scooter? Shouldn't convict, when convicted, no consequences.

Inciting violence and revolution? No problem and, naturally, no consequences.

The conservative party has become a lawless, cowboy outfit…..never, ever, ever to be held responsible or accountable for their own words or actions.

This discussion has nothing to do with free speech. It has to do with seditious speech and it has to do with being held accountable for words and actions that foment violence.

I suppose it's the world we live in under the leadership of this new administration.

The Pittsburgh cop killer had problems, as did the NY mass murderer. No free political speech should be cancelled because of them, as you suggested, Mr. Nazi. You know, you left out the fact that we had a cop killer in Oakland too, and then hundreds of people protested IN FAVOR of the cop killer and against the police after the guy killed 4 cops. Those people marched in the streets and called the POLICE terrorists. I didn't hear the Reverend condemning the entire political left because of it, even though such demonstrations are ENTIRELY an expression of the left. I didn't hear the Reverend condemn Obama for inciting violence by saying people SHOULD be outraged over the AIG bonuses, or when Obama told the bankers "I'm the only thing between you and the pitchforks." Leftist political thought was responsible for about 120 million deaths in the 20th century, but you don't hear me saying the left has no right to speak. You are exhibiting the mindset of a tyrant who thinks only his views should be aired. Wrong, bitch (I use the word 'bitch' for that 'YA!' effect you said you endorse).

I don't know what came over me. Of course it's perfectly fine…to remind Americans that they'll need to fight their government some time while Mr Obama is it's president. I mean…duh….he's a Democrat.
