Think you're funny, don't ya' Bubba? Not bad for a conservative.

larry.....are you on new meds, or what? The stimulus is just under $900 billion, a mere pittance when compared to the increase in national debt over Bush's reign of terror. And unlike Bush's burning of tax monies, Obama's plan will actually save and create jobs, as well as help those whom Republicans would leave to the whims of charitable organizations.

In general: Aren't Republicans embarassed, even just a little bit, with their party being led by Limbaugh, Palin and Steele? I mean, WTF?

Rev, check out her approval ratings in Alaska. Perhaps the people whom she is most in contact with are the best judge of her leadership qualities. By the way I now know how Obama is going to pay for his stimulus package. He will continue to nominate people to his cabinet to get them to pay their back taxes. He is a smart cookie.

I gotta find out more about the survey...What I already know is that, on surveys like this, the mal-contents are more likely to speak up...Squeeze their sour grapes, if you will.
For sake of discussion, assuming the survey is really accurate, it appears the GOP's/RNC leaders are reading slightly different data reports...Thus the rise of Moderate-Conservative Mr. Steele.
Steele is a common sense conservative; he knows where the GOP's bread is buttered, but he also knows that moderates and independents are THE KEY to a return to relevance and power.
He is, in many ways, a very good "chess" opponent for a Moderate-Liberal President.
Extremist distort the process to the point where almost everybody loses; I am encouraged at this trend to the middle...I hope it gathers and sustains steam.

Rev.\,
You and I must live in alternate universes. In mine Obama won the Presidency and the Dems. have a large majority in both houses and the woman you scorn is of little importance other than the libs waste their time demonizing her.
Now if your point is not about Palin but rather is time to put personal ideology and beliefs aside and agree to support the Obama agenda so as to avoid being "divisive", except for class warfare which is postitive, sign me up.
I would rather agree to join hands and stand around the campfire singing songs promoting brotherhood and equality than worry about unimportant consequenses.
