I am a New Orleans native. I voted for Bush and Jindal. This president is an embarrassment. I president's job is to pull the nation together in hard times. He must have skipped that class. I don't agree with Blanco on a lot of things politically, but as a human being she is miles and miles ahead of the president. I am counting the days of his presidency down.

Rev, your diatribes are always riddled with errors, but when I got to the part where you started commending Blanco, I literally laughed out loud. The woman made about every mistake possible regarding Katrina. She was completely incompetent and overwhelmed. I guess you want people to forget her deer-in-the headlights demeanor. She is nearly as responsible as Nagin for getting hundreds of people killed unnecessarily by not evacuating the people in harm's way. If I was a moonbat, I might even say that Democrats hate poor people. The federal government can rightfully be criticized for it's response in the aftermath, but Nagin and Blanco's inaction beforehand is the biggest failure by far regarding Katrina (okay, second biggest, after not building better levees. Seems a GOVERNOR might have gotten on that effort too, eh ?). The people of Louisiana know about Blanco, which is why Bobby Jindal is the new governor.
