Donna asks where is Flint Ridge?

by Betty on August 6, 2008

Flint Ridge is located 4 miles north of I-70 in Licking County, Ohio.  Flint was highly prized by the Indians who found an abundant supply in the hills between Newark and Zanesville.  The museum at Flint Ridge, operated by the Ohio Historical Society,  is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information call 800-283-8707.
