I heard about a town that has a duct tape parade and a duct tape factory.

The place you are looking for is Avon, Ohio, where duct tape is manufactured.  Every year on Fathers Day weekend they have a Duct Tape Festival and show clothing and other items all made out of duct tape.  It's a fun event, to find out more call 866-818-1116.
